Two individuals, while traveling the journey of life, met in a vineyard in New Zealand; both with a passion for quality food and drinks, working in hospitality for decades. Eilish worked with some of the best chefs in Scotland and New Zealand and Pragnesh worked various front of house roles, from barback to restaurant manager, in a small cafe to Five star hotel.
We enjoy serving and providing delicious food and drink to our patrons. Now we decide to open our own small palace called Mara's Picklery, where we will be providing small plates, cheeses, cured meat, shrubs, zero alcohol drinks by pickling, fermenting, curing, canning and age-old preserving tequniques.
